Terms and Conditions

These general competition terms and conditions apply to any promotion, prize draw or competition operated by DogFest including competitions advertised through any other medium including on any social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

1) Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees and any other companies associated with the competition.

2) Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the closing date.

3) The prize is as stated on the competition information promoted on our website or social media channel.

4) By entering this competition, you are entering to win one of 50 Pooch & Mutt Calenders. 5 winners will be randomly selected to win a pair of DogFest 2024 tickets. No cash alternatives are offered and prize is not transferable.

5) DogFest reserves the right to provide a prize of equivalent or greater value where the stated prize becomes no longer available.

6) Closing date is as stated on the competition information promoted via our website or nominated social media channel.

7) In order to be entered into the competition, entrants must comply with entry requirements stated for the competition you are entering. For example these may include ‘retweeting’ our competition or ‘following’ our social media channel. Please see specific entry requirements on the nominated competition promotional channel.

8) Competition closes at midday on Thursday 23rd November. Winners will be notified within 1 day of the closing date of the competition via their email address or social media account that they entered the competition. Failure to respond to our contact with 7 days will mean unfortunately that the prize is forfeited on this occasion.

9) Prizes will be delivered to a UK address only. A correct address and contact telephone number must be provided to facilitate delivery. DogFest will accept no responsibility for prizes that fail to be delivered due to incorrect details being provided.

10) DogFest takes no responsibility for unreceived or incomplete entries.

11) Winners are chosen by random prize draw from the entries fulfilling the entry criteria unless otherwise stated. No correspondence will be entered into.

12) DogFest reserves the right to terminate the competition or alter the terms of the competition at any time.

13) Any entrant found to be using or creating multiple social media profiles for the purposes of entry will be disqualified. Similarly automated or robotic entries submitted by companies or individuals will also be disqualified. Any entry containing defamatory language or messaging considered by the promoter to be inappropriate will be disqualified from the competition.

14) By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by the promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15) By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by and comply to the terms and conditions.

16) By entering the competition entrants agree to the use of their names and images in publicity and use of these images on our website and social media channels.

17) Addresses will only be collected for the purpose of fulfilment.

18) Pooch & Mutt Dental Sticks are a complementary food for dogs. Suitable for all breeds and ages from 6 months old.

Peanut Butter: Composition: tapiocha (46%), peas (28%), glycerol of vegetable origin (14%), hydrolyzed yeasts (4.5%), peanut butter (4%), lignocellulose (3%), sodium hexametaphosphate (0.5%). Nutritional additives per kg: Vitamin C (3a312) 35 mg. Analytical constituents: crude protein 3.5%, crude fat 0.5%, crude fibre 3%, crude ash 1.2%, calcium 0.1%, phosphorus 0.1%, sodium 0.1%, moisture 17%. With EU preservatives: citric acid, DL-malic acid. 2,950 kcal/kg.  
 
Turkey & Hemp: Composition: Dehydrated chicken liver, whole-wheat flour, oat flour, whole-wheat starch, glycerol of vegetable origin, lignocellulose, hemp flour (1%), dried sage (1%), sodium hexametaphosphate (0.3%).Nutritional additives per kg: Vitamin C (3a312) 100 mg. Analytical constituents: crude protein 9.5%, crude fibre 3%, crude ash 2.5%, crude fat 1.5%, moisture 17%. With EU preservatives: citric acid, DL-malic acid. 2,970 kcal/kg.  
 
Spirulina & Mint: Composition: Dehydrated chicken liver, whole-wheat flour, oat flour, whole-wheat starch, glycerol of vegetable origin, lignocellulose, dried spirulina (1%), dried mint (1%), sodium hexametaphosphate (0.3%). Nutritional additives per kg: Vitamin C (3a312) 100 mg. Analytical constituents: crude protein 9%, crude fibre 2.3%, crude ash 2.5%, crude fat 1%, moisture 17%.
