Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets are available to purchase online in advance, or at the gate for a higher price. Early booking recommended.
Can I swap my tickets to attend a different day?
Standard entry tickets are valid for any one day, so you can choose whether to attend on Saturday or Sunday. Your ticket will be scanned at the door and once scanned, it will no longer be valid for the other day.

DogFest Plus tickets and Premium Parking tickets are day specific.
I’ve lost my tickets; how can I get them resent?
Visit Box Office → “More Information” → “Resend My Tickets”. Or please contact the box office at [email protected].
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, please email [email protected] to do this.
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable if I can’t attend?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
DogFest on the Farm is a rain-or-shine event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please come prepared for sun, wind, or rain.

The event would only be cancelled or delayed if extreme weather occurs that poses a risk to the safety of attendees, dogs, staff, or vendors, or if local authorities determine the event cannot safely proceed.

Any significant weather-related updates will be shared via SMS.
Where is DogFest on the Farm located?
Harewood House, Harewood, Leeds LS17 9LG.
What are the opening times?
9:30am – 4:30pm both days.
Is there parking included?
Yes, standard parking is free and included in your ticket.

You can upgrade to Premium Parking, situated closest to the event entrance, for £5.
Do carers go free?
Complimentary carer tickets are available alongside a payable ticket. Please select the accessible ticket option on our booking page which includes one free carer ticket. Supporting documentation is required.

For DogFest Plus, select the Accessible DogFest Plus ticket. You may then purchase a Paddock Only ticket for your carer for £10. This does not include dog goodies or the complimentary drink.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, there is a dedicated Blue Badge Parking area close to the venue entrance. Blue badge parking is free of charge and does not need to be booked in advance.
Is the event suitable for wheelchairs?
The event takes place on a green field site which may not be suitable for all mobility vehicles.
Do you have accessible toilets?
Each toilet village includes an accessible cubicle with extra space and a washbasin.

A High Dependency Unit (HDU) will also be available, featuring a height adjustable bed, privacy screen and hoist. These will be signposted on the festival map.
Do dogs need to be on a leash at all times?
Yes, dogs must be on a leash at all times except during have-a-go activities.
Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
Yes, dogs attending the event must have been vaccinated.
Is there water provided for dogs?
Water refill stations are available throughout the event. Please bring a travel bowl or bottle.
Can I bring my XL Bully?
XL Bullies are welcome and must follow government guidelines, wear a muzzle, and be on a lead.
Are all dogs welcome?
All dogs are welcome, provided owners practise responsible ownership.

The following training devices are strictly prohibited: shock collars, prong collars, choke collars, spray collars and ultrasonic deterrents.

Anyone found using or possessing these will be refused entry or removed from the event.
Are food and drinks allowed?
You may bring your own food and soft drinks.
Can I bring alcohol?
No, you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol.
Are chairs, blankets, wagons, or strollers allowed?
Yes, these items are allowed.
Are tents, pop-ups, or large umbrellas allowed?
No, these large items are not permitted due to limited space.
