Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets are available to purchase online in advance, or at the gate for a higher price. Early booking recommended.
Can I swap my tickets to attend a different day?
Standard entry tickets are valid for any one day, so you can choose whether to attend on Saturday or Sunday. Once scanned, the ticket will no longer be valid for the other day.

DogFest Plus tickets and Premium Parking tickets are day specific.
I’ve lost my tickets; how can I get them resent?
Visit Box Office → “More Information” → “Resend My Tickets”, or contact [email protected].
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, please email [email protected].
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable if I can’t attend?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What happens if the weather is bad?
DogFest on the Beach is a rain-or-shine event. Please come prepared for sun, wind, or rain. The event would only be cancelled or delayed in extreme weather.

Any significant weather-related updates will be shared via SMS.
Where is DogFest on the Beach located?
East Brighton Park, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 5TS.
What are the opening times?
9:30am – 4:30pm both days.
Is there parking included?
There is no parking on site, and local restrictions will be in effect.

If you must bring a car, we recommend using one of Brighton’s city centre multi-storey car parks such as: NCP or Churchill Square Car Park

From there, grab a taxi or Uber to the venue entrance.

Do carers go free?
Complimentary carer tickets are available alongside a payable ticket. Please select the accessible ticket option on the booking page and bring supporting documentation.

Accessible DogFest Plus tickets allow a £10 Paddock Only ticket for carers.
Is there disabled parking?
There is no dedicated on-site parking. Please use nearby disabled parking options.
Is the event suitable for wheelchairs?
DogFest on the Beach takes place on a green field site which may not be suitable for all mobility vehicles.
Do you have accessible toilets?
Accessible toilet cubicles are available in each toilet village. A high dependency unit (HDU) with adjustable bed and hoist will also be available.
Do dogs need to be on a leash at all times?
Yes, dogs must be on a leash at all times except during have-a-go activities.
Do dogs need to be vaccinated?
Yes, dogs attending the event must have been vaccinated.
Is there water provided for dogs?
Water refill stations are available. Please bring a travel bowl or bottle.
Can I bring my XL Bully?
XL Bullies are welcome but must follow government guidelines, including wearing a muzzle and being on a lead.
Are all dogs welcome?
Aversive training devices are strictly prohibited. Anyone found using prohibited equipment will be refused entry or removed.
Are food and drinks allowed?
You may bring your own food and soft drinks.
Can I bring alcohol?
No, alcohol is not permitted.
Are chairs, blankets, wagons, or strollers allowed?
Yes, these items are allowed.
Are tents, pop-ups, or large umbrellas allowed?
No, due to limited space, large items such as tents and pop-ups are not permitted.
