
James Martin burst onto television screens in 1996 and has remained one of Britain’s best-loved chefs ever since, and currently fronts James Martin’s Saturday Morning on ITV. Alongside his food career, James has starred in popular travel and lifestyle series including James Martin’s French Adventure and James Martin’s American Adventure.
James is also the author of 18 bestselling cookbooks, plus his autobiography Driven.
Trained at Scarborough Technical College, where he was Student of the Year three times, James opened his first restaurant at just 22.
Highly decorated, James has received numerous industry awards and continues to champion British food through television, writing, live tours and partnerships. When not in the kitchen, he indulges his passion for cars, bikes and engineering.
