TATTON PARK IMPORTANT VISITOR INFORMATION
Measures in place for this weekend
We are actively monitoring and working with the Met Office to track the weather forecasted for this weekend as it continually changes.
All tickets remain valid across both event days or can be transferred to any other DogFest event this year. To transfer your ticket, email [email protected] with your booking ref for us to facilitate this for you. Please note, tickets for the transferred event will not be reissued until next week.
For those who purchased ticket insurance through Ticket Plan, you may be eligible to claim a refund. Please visit www.ticketplangroup.com/redbox to submit your claim.
The safety and wellbeing of our visitors, their dogs, and our team is our top priority. In response, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures to ensure everyone can enjoy the event safely and comfortably.

? Revised Opening Hours
To avoid the hottest part of the day, we have amended our event opening hours to 9:00am 4:00pm (previously 10:00am 5:00pm).
Entry tickets are valid on either Saturday or Sunday, allowing you greater flexibility to attend on the cooler day. This includes DogFest Plus tickets, and any Fun Dog Show bookings.
? Extensive Cooling Measures
We have significantly increased our cooling provision across the event site:
- Access to water has been enhanced, with additional outlets positioned around the site perimeter and central water stations available to all visitors.
- Dedicated water buggies will circulate to ensure constant replenishment of water supplies.
- Portable showers have been installed at each arena for performance dog use.
- Additional paddling pools have been provided for dogs across the site.
? Increased Shade & Reduced Queuing
To limit time spent in direct sunlight:
- A large, shaded picnic area has been included into the show site for use throughout the day.
- Extra shaded structures have been installed in queuing areas and around catering outlets.
- Additional scanning machines and staff have been added to reduce waiting times at the entrance.
- Activities that typically involve queuing will now operate on a pre-booked time slot basis.
? Adjusted Programming for Dogs
We have made a number of responsible adjustments to the dog-related activities:
- The Agria Dog Walk will now take place at 10:30am to avoid the hottest parts of the day.
- Have-a-go activities have been adapted to reduce physical strain on dogs, and cooling pools have been positioned at both the start and end of each.
For those who may choose to leave their dogs at home, we have a range of dog-free activities at DogFest this year, including:
- Additional shopping in the Makers Market
- Live music performances
- Speaker sessions in the Big Top
- A wide range of food and drink offerings
We want to reassure all visitors that we are taking the forecast seriously and are fully committed to creating a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone attending. If you have any questions or concerns during your visit, please speak to a member of our team.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
